WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW FOR
IN PERSON CHURCH ON SATURDAY NIGHTS!

On this page I’ll be laying out our best attempt at in person church. I know this isn’t perfect. No matter how hard we try, I know we’ll miss something. There will certainly be a learning curve, so I ask for your grace as we do this. Thank you!

In these difficult times, we are committed to trying new things in an effort to serve people in our church in a variety of ways. We are trying to remain flexible, and trust in God, that the obstacles we face as a church, will prove to be the opportunities that strengthen our bonds, and grow our faith. Here are the details for Saturday’s in person service:

Where and when:
Join us SaturdayS 7pm-8pm at The Barn Vineyard Church, 3224 Appleton Rd Landenberg PA 19350 for in person church.

Register to attend indoor OR outdoor worship:
We are limited to 75 people including worship team and sound team. In order to adhere to that guideline, we are asking everyone to please register to save your seat by clicking the button that says “Save Your Seat” on our homepage.

We will also be offering outdoor worship (weather permitting) with limited parking spots in front of a screen and speakers for those who don’t feel comfortable going inside.

COVID precautions:
While our priority is to do our best to keep people safe, we obviously cannot guarantee your safety from the virus while meeting for in person church. Please review all recommendations and guidelines at https://www.cdc.gov/ to make the best informed decision for you and your family. We don’t want anyone to feel pressure to attend. We will also be continuing to offer a quality Online Church experience Sunday at 10a (see below).

Precautions we will be taking:
– We are asking that no one sits with people they aren’t normally exposed to. Singles can sit with a family, or  2-3 other people, that you’ve been doing life with and regularly exposed to. Family units must come in together, and sit together. All singles/families will sit separated by 10 feet from other singles/families.
– Please plan on wearing masks and staying socially distant at all times.
– Please don’t congregate in front of building. Let’s try our best to space out as we come in, and socially distance while outside as well.
– If you are not feeling well, or have been exposed to someone who has COVID or may have COVID, please refrain from attending and join us online on Sunday morning.

What about kids?:
There will be no kids ministry or child care at this time. We will have our kids min video, and a Right Now Media video, on our website ready for your kids to watch during the teaching if you want to bring them a device with headphones.

Online Church:
If you are not able to attend for any reason, please know that you are not alone. We are committed to making your church experience as meaningful and life giving as possible. Our plan right now is to record Saturday night, and air it Sunday morning at 10am for Online Church. We will see how this goes, and we look forward to your feedback. If the recorded service ends up being lacking, we will figure out a way to go live Sunday as well.

Thank you for your patience:
We know this is not ideal for anyone. Thank you for understanding as we try our best to serve everyone, and provide for our collective spiritual growth, and community well being.
